How to order

Customer care is key to our bespoke service. We are very flexible in our day to day contact.
Whether by emails or phone – we are happy to talk and answer questions as required.
At the weekend or in the evening too!

a simple guide to how we work

If you would like to have your own unique stationery designed please go to our Contact Form and give us as much information as you can.
We will then contact you by telephone / email to discuss your requirements.

After we have contacted you, we request an initial £50.00 deposit.
This is refunded against your first order.

After we have received your deposit, we will proceed to produce an initial design proof. You will recieve your unique sample by post together with an order form.
(Please allow 10 working days to receive an initial proof)

Once you have received your proof/s, please check all details are correct and let us know if you require any wording changes. New proof/s of your stationery will be emailed to you.

Please complete the Order / Approval Form supplied with your proofs and return with full payment. Once approval and payment has been received we will procceed with printing your order.

Your stationery will be carefully packed and delivered to you by courier.
